Lagos first lady Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu Charges Women To Be Involved In Policy Making

Lagos first lady, Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu has charged Nigerian.women to take proactive role in being active in position of policy making.
She said while addressing the wives of police officers,POWA, at their 2025 National Convention.
She noted that some women are shy and reticent in bringing forward their potential while in a larger group but she added that such women have hidden potential which would only manifest when they are put in smaller group of 10 or 5.
“Women should be seen in position of policy making and not only in the other room,” she said.

“A lot of us women seated in this hall have potential that are hidden. Some don’t know they are good academically, some are good in making women up.”
Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu commended the wives pf the police officers for supporting their husbands, “we appreciate the good works your husbands are doing.”
