OJODU CHAIRPERSON, ABIMBOLA ODUNMBAKU RECEIVES WOMEN WING OF CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA IN THE LCDA

The Executive members of the Women wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Ojodu local council development area led by Prophetess Oluwatoyin has paid a courtesy visit to the Ojodu LCDA Chairperson, Mrs. Abimbola Odunmbaku at her office at Council Secretariat.
In a press statement e-signed and released to Ojodu Watch News by the Council’s Information officer, Mrs. Bankole Bukola stated that, “The Chairperson of Ojodu LCDA, Mrs Abimbola Odunmbaku met with the executives of the women wing of CAN Ojodu LCDA WOWICAN on Sept 16, 2021.”
According to Bankole, “The Chairperson alongside women leader, Alhaja Bukky Badmus and the HOD WAPA of Ojodu LCDA welcomed the eminent delegates led by WOWICAN chairperson, Prophetess Oluwatoyin.”
Meanwhile, the group pledged it’s support for the office of the chairperson and commitment to working in alliance with the Department of WAPA for women development while the
HOD WAPA welcomed them and assured them that they will be invited for matters pertaining to women.
Chairperson in her acknowledgment speech assured them of her dedication to seeing the growth of women in the community. Emphasizing the importance of women’s role in the family which is the bedrock of the community and that she is happy to be associated with a group that believes in prayers. She went further to tell the group that her office is open and working hand in hand with WAPA for the empowerment of women.
